Here is what applies to your role — and how recognized, up-to-date, documented training meets it.

The New Hampshire Board of Nursing (Office of Professional Licensure and Certification) sets the terms under which registered nurses renew their licence and expects them to keep their competence current. New Hampshire RNs must complete 30 contact hours of nursing-practice-related continuing education every two-year cycle.
Under the state's nursing rules, the educational offerings must be designed to enhance nursing knowledge and skills, and licensees attest to completion at renewal. Basic Life Support is, in practice, an employer and hospital requirement for many clinical roles rather than a standalone licence condition — but maintaining resuscitation skills remains part of the profession's duty to be ready to respond.
New Hampshire registered nurses must complete 30 contact hours per two-year cycle. Provider-accredited advanced resuscitation courses generally count toward the hours, while basic BLS may not always qualify on its own.

Home-care employers and entry-level PCA/HHA roles, which have no state hour minimum, may still require a current CPR card in addition to occupational training — a standalone certificate that a recognized course satisfies and that must be renewed.
